Join us for a delightful art holiday in the South of France to paint stunning fields of blooming Lavender in Provence, France. This quality painting holiday for all level painters or drawing artists will thrill you as an artist. We will relax and paint flowering Lavender and neighbouring authentic villages on the Plateau de Valensole.

General schedule for the Lavender painting holiday: On Day 1 of this art holiday, there will be a (one-time) group pick up at Marseille airport at 5.30 PM. Upon arrival on the Plateau de Valensole, the group will have a warm welcome at the accommodation with snacks, fresh veggies, wine, juice and will have an introduction to the painting holiday. This will be followed by dinner at a local restaurant. On Day 2, there will be a late breakfast. Following breakfast, your tutor will then hand out the art materials and equipment to you. Those who have questions or who wish to discuss their artful motivations with the tutor will be able to have some time with her. We will then have a joyous lunch at the accommodation before going out to paint the peaceful and stunning lavender fields. Day 3 and there onward, there will be breakfast followed by some free morning painting sessions, walks within the village, photo-taking, relaxing and lunch. In the afternoon, there will be outdoor lavender painting sessions and we will also the surrounding beauty of nearby villages. Each guest is free to choose their painting subjects. Many subjects will be available; from a whole field of blooming flower, or rather just a tree, a rusty bench next to a fountain, a beautiful stone house, etc. Depending on the daily schedule, some dinners will be at the accommodation, others at local restaurants. Day 7: Normal day followed by a party! Those wishing to show their week’s art work will be able to so. Day 8: Breakfast and group departure from the accommodation with a late morning arrival at Marseille airport.
